In May 2007, a consortium comprising TID, Adeem and two individual investors acquired the share capital of luxury car manufacturer Aston martin.

OQYANA Real Estate Company
Incorporated in April 2002, and acquired by EFAD, TID and Sawaf in July 2005.

In 2005 Adeem managed the private placement of OQYANA, increasing the capital to KD 250 million.

Park Lane Properties (Jersey) Ltd. & Grosvenor House Apartments Ltd.
In November 2006, Adeem, TID and STEHWAZ acquired Grosvenor house Apartments Ltd.

The MONARCH - Dubai
Incorporated in Dubai to hold the 20 year lease of the Monarch Dubai and the Rester Media city in Dubai.

The Square Media One Dubai caters to business and leisure travelers. It offers 264 rooms, a fully equipped business center, a health club and spa, a restaurant with a panoramic view, and a parking lot accommodating 700 vehicles.
